Since 1977, year after year, there is one house of Allah that has served the UT student community as they went through the hustle and bustle of college life. When we first arrived unsure of our identity, Nueces Mosque provided us avenues to stay connected to our roots. This was the place where we tried to get closer to Allah through our regular prayers, volunteering, time spent and efforts. We have graduated and moved to other things in life, leaving behind a mosque that we still love. Being a student community run masajid, Nueces Mosque is always in need of funds to support renovation, educational events, community programs and dawah operations. As an alumni there is an easier method to contribute by taking part in the Wasiyyah-Alumni giving program. Through a regular auto-withdrawal of as little as $10 a month you can join the alumni group that supports future projects at Nueces Mosque. As a member you will also receive monthly newsletters to stay informed about current projects and how your donations are making a difference.
